Compared with ordinary oil immersed transformers, oil immersed distribution transformers use corrugated oil tank fins instead of oil pipes as cooling and heat dissipation components, eliminating the need for oil storage tanks. The corrugated oil tank is made of high-quality cold-rolled corrugated steel plate,with fins expanding and contracting with the volume of oil, isolating the transformer from the atmosphere, preventing oil degradation and insulation moisture, improving operational reliability, and achieving maintenance free operation. Its surface has undergone degreasing, rust removal,phosphating treatment, and coated with three proof coating, suitable for metallurgical, petrochemical and other scenarios.
